It feels like accusations are crashing all around us, and we’re helpless and confused because everything seems so one-sided. All I can say is that I would like to say sorry to those who are offended by this act, because I am a Malaysian as well, and after reading many differing views and comments from fellow Malaysians, I know I’m not the only one who wishes to apologize, and to continue to hope for a nation who will continue to be united regardless of the color of our skin, or even the difference in our opinions and beliefs.

The post details her feelings about the ways animals have been used by a white supremacist society to metaphorize people of color. This was my first half marathon in 26 years. My last marathon was on this same course in 1983. There is a photo of me at the start of this race. I am the skinny blonde haired runner just behind Les Farley in this photo. Talk about four seasons in one day. When I arrived early at the course it was raining. I drove around the Royal National Park in my hire car and stopped at some  of my favourite parts of this park.   I stopped first at the upper end of lady Carrington Drive, where the Port Hacking River has carved a deep valley into the infertile Sydney Sandstones exposing Narrabeen and Wianiamatta Shales.

My backs quite sore and the hens night at Witches in Britches (theatre restaurant for those not in Melbourne) was fun though my knee is officially fucked. The trip home was interesting to say the least. My usual confidence was shot because my knee was hurting quite badly whenever I moved on it or tried to pivot and I was on my own feeling vulnerable… Dark ended up keeping me company most the way home. He/it/ze is currently curled up beside me on the bed, taking up most of it really.

   A   diminutive   26-year  old  woman surfaced this morning after disappearing from her Mission Viejo group home two days ago.  The 5′1″, 110-pound Fatimah Shah walked into her father’s home in Irvine at 9 am Saturday morning. Ms. Shah was reported missing around 11 am Thursday from the 22000 block of Valdivia in Mission Viejo.     There was heightened concern because she is developmentally disabled with the mental age of a six-year-old who has illnesses requiring daily medications.
